Every folder. One list.

MoaMail is an Android mail reader that gathers the mail from all your folders into one newest-first list, so nothing a rule moved out of the Inbox goes unseen.

Google Play: coming soon

Why it exists

Many people sort mail with server rules: newsletters to one folder, receipts to another, school mail to a third. The rules work, but the mail they move disappears from the Inbox, and the Outlook app shows one folder at a time. There is no "All Mail" view, so new mail sits unread in folders nobody opens.

MoaMail fixes that one problem. Its home screen is every new message from every folder, newest first, with a label showing where each one landed. ("Moa" means "gathered" in Korean.)

Key features

All Mail

All folders merged into one list, newest first, with the folder name on every row.

Folders your way

Browse any folder, or hide folders you never want in the combined list.

Quick actions

Mark read, move, or delete (to Deleted Items, with Undo). Swipe actions are configurable.

Accounts

Outlook.com and Gmail (IMAP with an app password) accounts, side by side in one list.

Built for safety

  • Remote images blocked by default, so tracking pixels cannot tell a sender you opened their mail. Tap Load images on a message when you want them.
  • Trackers removed from message content before it is shown.
  • Link check before opening: see the real destination host, punycode lookalike domains, and a warning when the link text and the real address do not match.
  • Risky attachment warnings for file types that can run code.
  • Junk warning on messages the server marked as junk.
  • App lock with your fingerprint, face, or screen lock.
  • Screenshot blocking and private lock-screen notifications.
  • Read only by design: MoaMail never sends mail.

Coming next: MoaMail Family

A separate app for families. Children and older family members are the people scam and phishing mail targets most. MoaMail Family holds mail from unknown or suspicious senders before they see it, and a trusted family member reviews it first.

For children and teens

Mail from senders you have not approved waits in a review folder instead of the Inbox. A parent approves it or moves it to Trash.

For parents and grandparents

Fake bank notices, delivery scams and "your account will be locked" mail are held, so a son or daughter can check them before they cause harm.

Review on your own phone

Each held message shows why it looks risky: forged sender, lookalike domain, mismatched links, dangerous attachments.

Still no server

Holding happens with Gmail's and Outlook's own filters, and review happens on the reviewer's phone. No server of ours ever reads family mail.

In development. Not yet available.

No server. No data collected.

MoaMail has no server of its own. Your mail travels only between your phone and your mail provider (Microsoft or Google). Sign-in tokens are encrypted and stay on your phone. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.
